What you'll be doing
Unlocking significant new business flows through shaping, developing and leading initiatives both in the regions and nationally.
Developing strategic partnerships that bring in new leads and FuM across multiple regions - developing and agreeing the regional business development plans with respective Regional Directors.
Identifying potential prospects within the each region with the aim of building lasting relationships.
Optimising the partnership between LBG and SPW across each of the regions, ensuring opportunities and synergies between businesses are fully exploited.
Designing and implementing enabling activity to support respective regional growth aspirations. This will include design and creation of collateral and marketing material (liaising with risk and marketing colleagues) and the design of local presentation as appropriate.
Developing and delivering non-product propositional development to unlock opportunities to develop the business.
Representing the business with third parties and target audiences (including at events and webinars).
Working closely with each of the Regional Directors to support the attraction of new advisers through direct to advisor / firm recruitment activity.
Developing and agreeing regional event plan and hosting and/or attending client and prospect events.
Working with Regions, the national business and external introducers (both LBG Commercial and NON LBG commercial relationships) to provide employee benefit solutions.
Taking an active leading part in the Business Development forum helping to share and learn from best practice and cross SPW collaboration.
Ensuring risk and regulatory requirements are managed both in delivery of lead flow and special projects.
