The Century City, CA office is seeking a detail-oriented/multi-tasking Office Coordinator. This person will report directly to the Complex Operations Manager.
Front desk coverage
Works closely with the Complex Onboarding Manager as well as with candidates
Collaborates with Exam Prep Coordinator and candidates
Works with VPs on updating and maintaining Smartsheet
Candidate test prep and exam scheduling
Liaison with property management for facility issues
Supporting the CRM program
Ordering and updating marketing material, prospectus
Submitting Level 1 tickets
Setting up and troubleshooting printer issues
Scheduling/reserving conference rooms
Mail review and distribution, working closely with compliance
New Business processing
Assist in tracking of onboarding (working with Onboarding & Ops Manager)
Order pantry and office supplies
Stock copiers/fax machines
This role is required to work in office.

Office Administration: Knowledge of office administration activities; ability to carry out ongoing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of local and remote teams.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.

Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of experience in business preferred
Ability to work closely both the leadership team and advisors
Ability to function independently and work well with a team
