Administrative Support Associate - Journey
Job Duties: * Answer telephone on main line and Director's line when necessary, route calls appropriately to staff and take messages. Greet visitors, provide directions and information in a professional manner. Find and provide answers to questions or refer questions to knowledgeable Center staff or other ECU personnel. Check phone mail on a regular basis, at least once each morning and afternoon. Keep in regular communication with Director and keep calendars and schedules up to date. Has ability and judgement to work with confidential information.* Maintains Chair's calendar, schedule meetings. Maintains students records including courses registered for, grades from previous courses, and competencies. Inputs classes into banner system
