Summary of Duties:
Global Learning Exchange & Credit Advisor represents the Global Learning Unit in the Office of International Programs to admitted and current students in the Washington State University (WSU) system to help them participate in an exchange program or transfer in their credit from an international university. Reporting to the Director of Global Learning, the position will work very closely with the Lead International Admissions Coordinator and the WSU Transfer Clearinghouse to ensure a smooth transition for exchange students
Positions require a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a yearforyear basis.
Previous experience working with a CRM such as Terra Dotta, Techno-solutions-Slate CRM or PeopleSoft-MyWSU.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
Master's degree in related field.
Demonstrated knowledge of international education and advising.
Experience working in higher education.
Bilingual/Fluency in other languages such Spanish, French, Korean, or Mandarin.
Monthly Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience. FTE: 100% This is a permanent position.
