As an International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC) Program Manager, you will work as part of the Corporate Strategy Team, operating an integral IP Protection Program, the IACC-Amazon Program. You will have the unique opportunity to interact with a wide range of stakeholders across the IACC, its members, and Amazon, including senior leaders. Success in the Role:
The primary objective of this position will be to oversee and execute the day-to-day operations of the IACC-Amazon Program; one of the association's major online enforcement initiatives operated in partnership with Amazon. The IACC is also in the early stages of establishing at least one additional strategic collaboration with a different international marketplace, and you will assist with the development and execution of this Program from the ground up.
You are an energetic, process-minded, and motivated collaborator with the ability to think critically and strategically, actively listen, problem solve, and communicate effectively with all levels, including senior leadership. You will bring a fresh perspective to the role as a self-starter with an international mindset and an agile approach to issues.

You will execute and oversee the operations of one-to-two IP protection programs with world-renowned companies such as Amazon. This includes:
Executing and ensuring the successful operation of the Programs, including processing, tracking, and securing the timely resolution of Program submissions made by rights-holder participants; recruiting and onboarding new participants; hosting meetings (virtually or otherwise), and guiding and supporting brands throughout their participation.
Acting as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for brand participants, Amazon, and other marketplace partners.
Developing and implementing Program protocols and procedures.
Managing legal agreements and Program assets.
Engaging with participant brands to collect feedback and identify strategic opportunities.
Contributing to the development and expansion of new Program features in response to emerging trends and priority issues.
Contributing to the development and execution of program communications, materials, and events.
Here's What You Need
The IACC and its Programs are one of a kind. We appreciate that there is no established training or experience specifically tailored to the Program Manager role and encourage individuals with a broad range of professional experiences and backgrounds to apply.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of project management
1-3 years of process or protocol development
1-3 years of client services, customer management, and/or dispute resolution
Excellent communications, organizational, and writing skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills – the ability to break down complex matters and identify solutions will be key
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Bonus Points for
Relevant advanced degree, J.D. or LLM
An understanding of intellectual property issues and enforcement
Experience involving e-commerce platforms or other online intermediaries
Proposal writing and/or public speaking experience
Database management abilities
