Reporting to the Professional Services & Solutions Delivery Leader for North America, you will represent the cybersecurity of our products, solutions, and services. You will work closely with our Sales, Solution Delivery, and customer delivery management teams to cultivate key customer and partnership relationships, demonstrate thought leadership, and act as a trusted security advisor to existing and potential customers and partners to promote influence, and inform the security advantages of our products, solutions, and services. You will also be accountable for translating security threats & vulnerabilities into meaningful language for different audiences, including C-Suite (customer), business & technical staff, within a locally relevant context for North America.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Play a key leadership role in developing and defining our Cybersecurity Solutions portfolio and playbook.
Serve as an internal and external evangelist for our solutions offering for the market, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management/Engineering and key customers.
Provide thought leadership and professional-level pre-sales and solution delivery consulting and advising to customers within the scope of the customer project.
Apply industry standard practices and Philips standard security knowledge to all customers looking to integrate Philips supplied solutions into their IT environment.
Generate plans for Philips’ security solutions and then aid in the management and implementation of those solutions into the customer environment.
Effectively collaborate with sales and service partners as well as collaborate with customers to maximize the security of Philips solutions into their IT environment.
Act as chief cyber subject matter expert for the market/customer engagement
Assist in the design, requirements development, and deployment of cyber security technical and architecture roles required in market-wide cyber strategy activation
Work with global and local cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cohesive customer cyber engagement strategy, to include coordination or marketing, sales, and delivery functions.
Harmonize cybersecurity policy and technology efforts into the North American Market, and ensures strategic plans and go-to-market plans are reflected in Annual Planning priorities
Work with Services, Marketing, and Strategy teams to raise market and customer awareness of Philips cyber strategy, research and build alliances and partnerships where needed to complete offerings.
Advise and design security solutions for implementation into complex customer IT environments which carry proprietary real-time life critical data and diagnostic quality images which require reliability and high availability output to clinicians
Provide consultation to healthcare institutions on IT security strategies and integration into hospital infrastructure
Communicate complex security strategies to local implementation teams.
Establishes role-based requirements for a diverse cross-functional team of internal and external installation resources as it pertains to network infrastructure.
At least 10 years’ experience in Professional Services leadership, with core focus on IT Risk, Cybersecurity, IT Compliance, customer experience, and solution development
At least 15 years’ experience with customer-facing and implementation experience working with cross-functional teams to support proposal, capture and / or complex sales and delivery motions / processes requiring deep solutioning with clients and / or partners and the development of proposals and / or programs with enterprise software (in Professional Services role)
Experience in a healthcare and/or IT/security vendor or provider preferred
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field (Information Security, Computer Science, Information Management Systems) required, advanced degree preferred
Cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent experience
Proven ability to break down highly complex technical topics into language and diagrams understandable by a broad audience
Knowledge and/or experience in cybersecurity, ICT, Medical Device IoT, B2B enterprise software businesses or related fields
Experience in Health information security management (ISO 27799, ISO/IEC 80001)
Experience in HIPAA/HITECH, ISO 27001, HiTRUST, FedRAMP, RMF DoD, FDA, 21CFR820, laws, and regulations on privacy, data protection, and breach notification
Familiar with global laws and regulations on privacy, data protection, and breach notifications
Knowledge of enterprise IT security requirements and CIO and CISO needs in healthcare providers
Proven experience and successes accomplishing goals and building value in a highly matrixed organization including key partners and executive management
Knowledge of clinical and operational needs and issues of critical partners in healthcare providers
Knowledge of Healthcare (IT) and (IT) Services market dynamics
Experience in Incident handling and response
Strong project management and portfolio management skills
Domain-specific standards and approaches on privacy and product security (DICOM, IHE)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other functions to achieve overall business objectives
Demonstrated strategic and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork skills
Ability to simplify and translate complex technical challenges into usable information for customer decisions
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring a high level of collaboration

Experienced with Philips solutions and demonstrated broad knowledge of IT security and technologies

Develop Security Processes and Postures in the following areas:
Security operations: Real-time analysis of immediate threats, and triage when something goes wrong
Cyber risk and cyber intelligence: Keeping abreast of developing security threats, and helping the board understand potential security problems that might arise from acquisitions or other big business moves
Data loss and fraud prevention: Making sure internal staff doesn't misuse or steal data
Security architecture: Planning, buying, and rolling out security hardware and software, and making sure IT and network infrastructure is designed with best security practices in mind
Identity and access management: Ensuring that only authorized people have access to restricted data and systems
Program management: Keeping ahead of security needs by implementing programs or projects that mitigate risks — regular system patches, for instance
Investigations and forensics: Determining what went wrong in a breach, dealing with those responsible if they're internal, and planning to avoid repeats of the same crisis
Governance: Making sure all of the above initiatives run smoothly and get the funding they need — and that corporate leadership understands their importance
