* Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in solution optimization, phase X implementations, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, and recommendations of leading practices.
* Contributing beyond client delivery , including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, business development, practice development, operational improvement and beyond.

It's not about break-fixes or patching, we get involved in operational support, phase X implementation, release management, solution enhancements, system health checks, process improvement, best practice recommendations, and much more. Work independently with clients and provide functional post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies
Lead the advisory, planning and implementation of Payroll phase X projects by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration
Communicate effectively with clients by providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and recommendations
Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants to grow our practice
Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Support business development activities such as proposal development or other pursuits
4+ years of recent Workday experience implementing Workday Payroll or professional experience supporting Workday Payroll
Previous experience as a lead consultant on Workday Payroll projects a plus
Previous human resources experience a plus
Current certification in Workday Payroll preferred
Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies between Workday HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Integrations
Significant experience in configuring, testing, and advising clients on Workday Open Enrollment and ACA
Able to demonstrate the creation of innovative solutions for complex Workday issues
Passionate about knowledge sharing
Ability to use integration tools such as EIB or Object Transporter to facilitate data conversion and migration of configuration
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client requests
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Travel requirements less than 5% of time
Creativity, confidence, flexibility with a great sense of humor
Bachelor's degree (or higher)
