You're an advisor: Through phase X implementations, system transformations, updating configuration, and support, we advise our clients. It's not about break-fixes or patching, we get involved in operational support, phase X implementation, release management, solution enhancements, system health checks, process improvement, best practice recommendations, and much more. Provide post-production support and enhancement services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies
Manage client relationships and resolves client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations and enhancement projects, release planning, to strategic road mapping services
Prioritizes and delegate requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability
Provide guidance to and collaborate with CrossCountry team members to research and resolve complex client requests
Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of the Recruiting module by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration
Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates, configuration recommendations, and Workday best practices
Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
Actively foster internal relationships, share knowledge, and mentor other consultants, and contribute as a leader to grow our practice
Take initiative to perform or delegate other related duties as needs are discovered, including internal projects
Provide assistance throughout the sales cycle (e.g. helps with quals, proposals, demos).
Current certification in Workday Recruiting preferred
4+ years of recent Workday experience implementing Workday Recruiting
Experience as a lead consultant on Workday Recruiting projects
End-to-end implementations or optimization projects within Recruiting, with a demonstrated deep knowledge of Recruiting configuration
Experience deploying multiple Workday Recruiting or HCM projects simultaneously a plus
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Travel requirements less than 5% of time
Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor
Bachelor's degree (or higher)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
Inspire others to go above and beyond for the customer, providing an optimum customer experience
Recognized as an expert in multiple functional areas

Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
Able to demonstrate the creation of innovative solutions for complex Workday issues
