You're an advisor: Through phase X implementations, system transformations, updating configuration, and support, we advise our clients. It's not about break-fixes or patching, we get involved in operational support, phase X implementation, release management, solution enhancements, system health checks, process improvement, best practice recommendations, and much more. Our clients trust us to work hand in hand with their subject matter experts to make the most of Workday.

Resolve client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations and enhancement projects, to release planning
Collaborate with teams and help clients navigate the implementation, configuration, and operation of Workday Financials functional areas
Research inquiries, configure, test, document, and communicate solutions for clients
Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
Leverage Workday core competencies (business process, reporting, security) and become an expert in key Workday Financials modules
Participate in advisory, planning and implementation of the Financial sku's by documenting requirements, mapping processes, and implementing best-practice configuration
2+ years of recent Workday experience implementing Workday Financials
Previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner is a plus
Experience assisting in multiple Financials projects or managing several issues simultaneously is a plus
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
Passionate about knowledge sharing
Creativity, confidence, flexibility, and a great sense of humor
Bachelor's degree (or higher)
Current certifications in Workday Financials (Preferred Certifications: Record to Report, Contracts to Cash, Banking & Settlement) preferred
Travel requirements less than 5% of time
