CUNY seeks a Dean of the School of Law who combines exemplary achievements in social justice lawyering with strategic leadership ability; outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and creative energy; and a demonstrated passionate commitment in their professional life to diversity and the unique missions of CUNY Law and CUNY. The Dean will engage with students, faculty, staff, alumni and the broader community to lead the campus in developing a vision and strategy for advancing CUNY Law's national and international leadership in experiential legal education, and legal scholarship focused on Law in the Service of Human Needs. In addition, the Dean will work to develop a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture across CUNY Law and serve as an ambassador in the community for diversity, equity and inclusion.
