What does a successful Project Manager, Advisor do?
As a Prepaid/Gift Project Manager, Advisor you will lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, implementing and converting large scale closed loop gift card programs for both new and existing Fiserv clients. You will be responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects, and in many cases, ongoing operations which are directed toward a common objective. In this role you will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure. The Program Manager exemplifies the highest level of initiative and leadership skills and acts as a mentor for more junior members of the department. Your work will drive revenue realization (time to revenue) for the Prepaid organization and client satisfaction.

As a Project Manager, Advisor you can look forward to supporting: Clients and internal teams, Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, IT/Engineering, Product, and others as needed working to implement and / or convert closed loop gift card programs. Primary responsibilities include managing client projects, from inception to closure with the Program Manager utilizing best/established practices and procedures while being able to adapt to any project items. This includes developing the overall strategy for remediation efforts along in coordination with all stakeholders. The Program Manager also monitors cost, schedule, quality and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program, and client satisfaction. Generally responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among their constituent projects to the overall benefit of the program. Usually responsible for stakeholder management particularly stakeholders external to the organization
* Delivering programs on time, within budge, within scope * Ensures project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving Project/Program Schedule, Risk and Issue Management, Scope Change Management * Provides clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal * Facilitates/manages project communications and stakeholder, client and project team expectations * Makes complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using high degree of initiative and independent judgment * Driving revenue realization by decreasing implementations times for projects * Solid understanding of all Closed Loop Prepaid (Gift Card) products and functionality
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
* Bachelors degree or 3-5 years equivalent work experience * Work experience in Project Management, Client Management, Cards & Payments, IT/IS, eCommerce * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools * Excellent/Professional verbal, written and presentation skills * Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction * Proven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection * Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans * Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altering priorities * Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment * Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments
