As a Database Development Senior Manager, you will support the enterprise development team and key technologies. The Senior Manager functions as the technical lead on key strategic data projects responsible for data infrastructure, architecture, transformation, master data management, and other technical areas. You will also act as a team lead by mentoring all other levels of data engineers and developers. And, you will function as an advisor to data and analytics leadership and business partners in matters of data architecture and infrastructure.
Additional responsibilities include:
â¢ Advise on industry technology standards, tools, and implementation of best practices for data management. â¢ Manage design services, providing sizing and configuration assistance, ensuring data quality, and performing data project needs assessments. â¢ Provide hands-on guidance and expertise to members of the team including data modeling, data mining, database design â¢ Participate in discussions as a member of the leadership team around product direction, team process, and strategy â¢ Deliver timely, written, designed, testable, and efficient code â¢ Mentor and develop the team to help them grow to their fullest potential.
The successful candidate will take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. You will have the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to establish partnerships.

Required Qualifications â¢ 7or more years of experience in a data engineering, TSQL, or ETL Developer role â¢ 3+ years of experience with SQL, SSIS, DBA â¢ People management experience
Preferred Qualifications 7+ years' experience working with databases and data management
Education Bachelor's Degree required Master's Degree preferred in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field
