Job Summary: Deliver a communications framework for Commercial OPCO and Commercial Leaders to most effectively share information to the frontlines and internal stakeholders/partner .

Key Job Responsibilities:
Develop communications strategy for Commercial leaders, including annual communications plans, calendars and timelines to meet the strategic objectives of the broader commercial organization, commercial evolution, recognition and culture initiatives
Leverage experience and knowledge of organization (front-line) behavior to advise and influence leadership on the optimal use of communications to create a shared, inspirational commercial vision
Identify and craft key talk tracks and related resources for leaders and managers to 'pick up'
Identify/modernize appropriate communications channels (existing and new)
Create a network across stakeholders (eg Product, Operations, Data & Technology teams) to ensure messages are appropriately cascaded to all offices and roles working with key stakeholders in the Strategic Projects and Communications team
Craft agendas and formats for Town Halls and large-format team meetings
Create and maintain relationships to enable leadership success, strategic planning, and alignment including to work with global commercial leaders as a "communications counselor" to ensure holistic representation of Commercial messaging
Research, benchmark, and analyze data to make recommendations for communication cadence, channels and effective messaging
Introduce a culture of responsibility and KPIs/reporting around communications
Work directly with SPGMI's CCO and leadership team to craft the communications strategy to message the launch of, and milestones/successes, aligned to our 2022 strategy and beyond
Understand strategic priorities and proactively advise CCO and Leadership team on most effective collaboration opportunities to achieve stated goals (i.e. live or virtual off-sites, town halls, etc.)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $82,600 to $171,500. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

Prior Experience / Qualifications:
Must have experience of business partnering a Sales or Marketing Function (any industry)
Has comprehensive knowledge of communications vehicles and how to apply and implement effectively in disseminating information and direction to internal and external stakeholders.
Applies best practices and knowledge of strategic objectives to develop communications and measure effectiveness.
Must be an excellent communicator of ideas and information
Proactive, organised with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills & highly collaborative cross functionally and able to navigate in large organizations and gain buy in of colleagues
Works to deadlines, highly collaborative and adaptive
Ability to produce presentations and communications
Experience working in a Corporate environment or Corporate Communications department; project management skills preferred. Strategic thinker who can translate complex concepts to actionable, understandable plans, programs and materials. Strong writing, editing and presentation skills. Detail-oriented.
