The Schack Institute of Real Estate at the School of Professional Studies is seeking an individual to advise students on academic programs, policies and procedures. This individual will interpret University and school policies and recommend exceptions to policy, when appropriate.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is located at our Midtown Center, 11 W. 42nd Street.
Required Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Education: Master's degree in Higher Education.
Required Experience: 2 years' relevant experience in student advising or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience: Experience advising students at the college or university level.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to advise and provide solutions to problems. Knowledge of standard office software.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to supervise staff.
