The Department of Radiology and Medical Imaging at the University of Virginia Health System (UVAHS) which currently has six full-time faculty members is seeking a full-time, Fellowship-trained Musculoskeletal Radiologist to join the Musculoskeletal Imaging Division. Qualified candidates for this position must have an MD or equivalent degree in the field, be eligible for Virginia State Medical Licensure, be Board Certified/Eligible, and have a commitment to quality patient care and outstanding teaching. This is an open rank search; academic rank is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Clinical responsibilities will involve all areas of musculoskeletal imaging and intervention at the University Hospital and affiliated sites, as well as dedication to teaching and academic endeavors. Clinical emphasis is on orthopedic imaging and interventional musculoskeletal procedures, as well as emergency radiology.
