The Coordinator works on the Career Education & Coaching team to support career coaching services and programming offered to HBS MBAs and alumni. The Coordinator is responsible for managing the ongoing operations of the MBA and Alumni Career Coaching program and for detailed analysis required to manage program scope and quality. The Coordinator will interact with our 50+ career coaches, as well as students who work with our office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Contribute to MBA and Alumni Program Work
Logistics lead for CPD Student Advisors program – liaising with 35 student coaches, processing invoices and fielding requests
Team lead for 2nd year student Resume and Cover Letter Review programs
Team lead for 2nd year student practice interview programs
Team lead for Career Visioning program logistics and day-of execution
Team lead role for 1st year 1:1 interview program logistics and day-of execution
Team lead role for Spring Reunion coaching logistics and day-of execution
Distribute Alumni LinkedIn, Resume and Cover Letter requests to appropriate coaches
Distribute HBS Partner coaching requests to appropriate coaches
Manage Alumni Virtual Job Search Teams in partnership with Alumni lead
Participate as team member in other MBA and alumni programs as required.
Manage MBA and Alumni Coaching Program Operations
Share weekly coach invoicing responsibilities with team member
Lead staffing and logistics for daily Coach on Call program (scheduling happens three times per year for Fall, Winter/Spring and Summer)
Provide ongoing communications/support for coaches
Field coaching-related questions/requests forwarded from the CPD main office account
Manage room reservation process for ongoing coaching programs
Serve as Coaching Team Lead on Key Career Coaching Systems
Lead on software systems with SME responsibility supporting the coaching program, including, but not limited to our third-party payment platform, career assessment partner, career coach share site and Partner coaching site
Own Coaching Handbook (updated and distributed annually or as needed)
Analyze Coaching Program Performance Measures
Lead in analysis of program performance metrics; including owning the monthly coaching report and year end analysis
Provide budget-related analysis as requested by Director
Assist with office info-desk coverage.
Support senior level staff with meeting scheduling, travel and expense reports
Participate in other all-hands-on-deck efforts for the MBA & Doctoral Programs
Responsible for other duties as assigned
During the current period of COVID-19 related restrictions, this position may start as a remote position with the transition to onsite at HBS campus in Boston, MA when the office reopens.

Completed High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required. Education beyond high school may count toward experience.
Strong command of Microsoft Office programs especially Excel is required.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical background and intermediate-level experience with excel important.
Highly developed interpersonal skills and strong team orientation.
Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Demonstrated reliability on project follow-through and ability to take initiative with all projects.

Strong customer service mindset a must.
Experience and comfort level working within technology platforms a plus.
