It's not about break-fixes or patching, we get involved in operational support, phase X implementation, release management, solution enhancements, system health checks, process improvement, best practice recommendations, and much more. Design, develop, test and deploy new integration systems to meet business requirements.
Drive process improvements and integration enhancements.
Troubleshoot client break/fix tickets while defining /implementing the correct integration resolution.
Work with Associate Director and or Management Consultant to provide accurate and timely integration level of effort estimates.
Prioritizing and updating tickets with daily/weekly status.
Partner with client on completing year-end integration processing.
Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions.
Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from external systems.
Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Expand relationships within client organization.
Confidently and credibly propose solutions to problems and improvements to clients' existing processes/plans
2+ years of Workday Integration experience
Able to demonstrate the creation of innovative solutions for complex Workday integrations
Prior AMS/Post Production Support integration experience is a plus.
Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform)
Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc.)
Outstanding Excel skills, high energy, enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of humor!
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and clients, make an impact, and provide excellent client service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about knowledge sharing
Travel requirements less than 5% of time
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in MIS, Computer Science or other technical/relevant disciplines
