By supporting Fiserv's Digital Implementations, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our financial institution partners. And you will serve a meaningful role in driving client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.
Specifically, you will be responsible for 1) Providing leadership and oversight within Fiserv's Client Delivery Implementation Management team supporting the Core Processing Optis Platform 2) Your leadership will provide direct oversight for existing clients that are expanding\optimizing their product usage 3) The position requires direct client engagement 3) The Project Manager, Consultant will provide Fiserv clients a seamless experience by being the client's single point of contact from the project's initial discovery phase through the completion of the warranty phase 4) You will manage all internal Fiserv fulfillment teams in support of client objectives 5) You will provide clients and Fiserv management regular project status updates 6) You will proactively manage risk, identify blockers, escalate as needed and ensure project commitments are met on time with a high degree of quality 7) You will work in a fast paced environment and directly impact Fiserv's clients by enabling best in class services that will enhance consumer experiences, improve client efficiency and modernize client engagement work flows.
As an Implementation Advisor, you can look forward to:
Lead implementation management functions for Fiserv's Core Processing Platform (from Discovery to Warranty).
While the Implementation Advisor may not personally own every required task, Implementation Advisor will assume 'ownership' of all aspects of the project. The Implementation Advisor is responsible for managing expectations, ensuring tasks are completed and bringing the project to closure.
While partnering with Fiserv fulfillment teams, the Implementation Advisor will document timelines, requirements and deliverables. The Implementation Advisor will manage expectations, provide clear concise documentation detailing project status, key deliverables, who will deliver what and when will it be delivered.
The Implementation Advisor will bring in key resources as needed, providing clear direction to supporting resources on their role and what is needed from them.
The Implementation Advisor will coordinate communication between all internal Fiserv and external client teams.
The Implementation Advisor will develop a formal communication plan customized to the project and each client's expectation. The communication plan will include a combination of regularly scheduled update calls, email communications, meeting recaps and\or a combination of all. Communication will increase and decrease as necessary through the life cycle of the project.
The Implementation Advisor will proactively manage all projects and identify risk before it becomes a critical blocker.
The Implementation Advisor will develop a strong understanding of all internal Fiserv processes that may impact project delivery.
Basic Qualifications for consideration:
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, technology or a related field required.
Or, demonstration of relevant experience.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
4+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management.
2+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred.
Ability to represent technical delivery tasks to non-technical and\or business resources.
Shown success in effectively driving delivery
Working understanding of business financial practices and accounting
Demonstrated history of direct client engagement while delivering technology\software enhancements to clients.
Organized and ability to manage assignments in a fast-paced high velocity environment.
Ability to prioritize and adjust priorities quickly; highly adaptable to environment and changes in priority.
Ability to network, build relationships and indirectly influence other team members in support of your assigned objectives.
Ability to breakdown complex problems.
Ability to effectively navigate large organizations and work within defined process to deliver client results.
Ability to develop a strong understanding of delivery capabilities associated with the products that are supported.
Ability to achieve subject matter expertise for products supported, allowing the Project Manager, Consultant to provide direct product consultative support to Fiserv clients.
Ability to work with team in a highly collaborative environment; ability seek mentorship and be a mentor as needed.
