As an administrative team member in Busey Wealth Management, through a wide variety of specialized and administrative functions, the Client Service Coordinator will work to support the wealth management team through service excellence.
Front desk and phone coverage, greeting and directing clients; back-up coverage to assigned administrative associates
Manage conference rooms and events with extreme eye for detail
Event coordination: frequent internal associate and client meal coordination between Busey associate(s) and caterer to manage calendars, prepare guest lists, print and mail invitations and thank you cards, and make sure room is ready before and cleaned up after all events
Act as back-up and administrative support to Busey Investment Services and Wealth Management Associates that proactively elevates our client service standards to a top-notch concierge level
Call clients to schedule meetings in coordination with advisor calendars
Prepare review packets by coordinating with advisor/assistant, generating appropriate reports and binding presentation material in advance of meetings
Proactively coordinate birthday, thank you, sympathy, and all other correspondence or special projects for assigned associates

With a keen eye for detail, the ability to anticipate client and associate needs, and a service-oriented mindset, the Client Service Associate is the front line associate, representing the face and voice of Busey Wealth Management. The Client Service Associate is the first to interact with clients and is expected to be ambassadors of the Busey organization.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
Requires High School diploma- associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience supporting a team or individual - experience in financial or wealth management industry preferred.
Requires intermediate (or above) knowledge of Microsoft Office - experience with trust accounting and customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred.
