Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. The candidate will play a leading role in the Client Onboarding space. Working closely with stakeholders globally with a key focus on Asia & EMEA region. The candidate should have strong project management & communication skills. Analytical thinking with attention to details. Having AML and KYC knowledge would be a plus.
Develops detailed IT work plans, schedules; project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.
Recommends and oversees process improvements.

Lead client onboarding projects of various sizes which may have impact across regions
Interface between global and regional stakeholders across various functions.
Collaborate with project sponsors and regional business leads on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities, as well as to proactively manage expectations, buy-in, adoption, feedback and resolution of issues
Provide holistic solutions based on business environment and needs.
Oversight from conceptualization to implementation of solutions
Ensure program/project is effectively planned, monitored and driven with key risks escalated and addressed
Develop change management and communications plan to actively engage key stakeholders, as well as to provide training and post-implementation support to business users
Support business in regulatory/audit reporting
6-10 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
Sound awareness and industry knowledge of AML/KYC policies, processes and customer management workflows; understanding of mobile/online/digital landscape, technology and capabilities is an advantage
Excellent organizational and program/project management skills with proven track records on delivering large scale, dynamic, cross-functional programs
Proven track record of driving business analysis efficiently with minimum supervision and ability to derive implications for business requirements definition, IT implementation and business integration
Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment with ability to remotely coordinate with various functions across different locations and time zones
Strategic, critical and franchise thinker with a passion to transform the business
Able to work independently and as a team player to operate in a highly matrixed and ambiguous environment, as well as to navigate through global/regional organization structures for resolution of conflicting priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills in the interaction and engagement with various internal business partners across different seniority levels, achieving support and buy-in
Strong sense of accountability, decisiveness and sound work ethic
Good analytical and problem solving skills coupled with creativity and "can do" attitude
An appreciation for the Project Lead role and a clear motivation for a career path within the function
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree
