The Physician & Provider Recruitment team promotes a positive and collaborative work environment which our team members value, allowing for flexible/remote work scheduling with an in-office space reservation system to accommodate in-office time as needed.
As a Physician Recruitment Advisor, you'll join a cohesive team working alongside a Systems Consultant to support data integrity and day-to-day operations of Banner's Provider Applicant Tracking System (1B-PPME, a Sales Force platform). You'll work closely with recruitment team members as well as HR and Operation partners to support data and system requests. Specific tasks include:
Overall support of data Integrity and day to day operations of the 1B-PPME platform
Create new positions for Physician & APP recruitment
Run and distribute regularly scheduled reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as assigned
Team & Stakeholder Support
Monitors requests from the 1B-PPME mailbox, provides assistance as needed/requested
Provides support to applicants within 24 hours
Respond to PR team leaders and HR requests for data within 24 hours
Create IT requests to support those needing assistance/access to 1B-PPME
Assist with creating and maintaining SOPs
Assist with creating and maintaining training materials
Assist with communications relating to 1B-PPME thru e-mails and PPTs.
Engage with the 1B-PPME Super User team, provide support as needed.

This position provides leadership and training for the physician recruitment coordinator role. Provides direction and shares resources for supporting Physician and Provider recruitment. Managing recruitment and pre-employment efforts across the Banner system in partnership with various teams. As a resource, this position providers training, knowledge sharing, education on process, manages projects, audits, supports data integrity and consistently looks for ways to streamline and enhance processes for efficiencies. Assures that all Banner policies and procedures are maintained for compliance. Champions the skills or is a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in a given area, serving as a point of contact for the team overall or in a specific region: site visits, contracts, revenue integrity, One Banner PPME, One Banner PPME Super User, compensation, payroll, preliminary applicant screening, audits, reports, and maintains data integrity. Leads approved department-based projects/goals/objectives, resident onboarding, One Banner PPME, Process Improvements, Virtual Career Fairs, Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent working knowledge, typically acquired over four years in Human Resources-Physician HR.
This position requires the skill, knowledge and understanding of Physician/Provider Recruitment and Human Resources. Advanced knowledge, comprehension and expertise of the Recruitment Coordinator role. Ability to oversee and utilize critical thinking independently, and is solution driven. Is proficient in all recruitment applications and platforms and is a subject matter expert in all standard operating procedures. Self-directed in creating projects and opportunities as related to process efficiencies in collaboration with our partners.
