What will I be doing?
As a Recruitment Partner, you will develop deep relationships across the business to drive your role as a trusted advisor. Filling openings in a timely and efficient manner with extremely high calibre candidates is the name of the game. The majority of your time will be spent speaking with interesting people, hearing insights on what their natural strengths and talents are and helping them to understand the endless opportunities at Stryker.
This Recruitment Partner will be recruiting across sales, marketing and clinical support. The main focus area would be engaging with driven and motivated sales professionals who are wanting to join a leading business and drive sales across Australia.
A successful recruiter would be someone who understands how to communicate with sales reps, easily builds relationships with sales reps, is confident pushing back, has a fair but firm approach, who earns credibility through being decisive, supportive and advisory.
You will have the autonomy to work on a variety of projects, where you can find new and innovative ways of doing things, based on what excites you.
Most importantly, you will have a true impact on the business. The work you will do will affect our success for years to come.
As the successful candidate, you will:
Have previous sales experience and be excited and motivated by sales.
Potentially have existing recruitment experience, recruiting within sales, within agency or internally.
Be intrigued by people and love discovering what makes them tick
Have a track record of exceeding expectations in everything you take on, both professionally and personally
Take ownership of your work and genuinely care about doing a great job
Have the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management
Be able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment
