For our office in Amsterdam we are currently looking for a client Relations Analyst Senior.
Role Summary: Responsibility for Nordic, BENELUX and Middle Eastern Institutional Client Relations, part of the European wide client facing team who are responsible for managing the servicing needs of clients and partnering with the Europe and Asia Client Group (EACG) to build and retain client relationships.
Ongoing servicing and activities
Main day-to-day servicing interface between external clients and internal departments within CG
Ensure execution of agreed service levels requirements and review standards as appropriate
Coordinate with internal groups to answer operational, trade, investment, fee, regulatory, legal, tax and transaction cost related queries from clients and advisors
Ensure client reporting set up correctly and monitor ongoing deliverables
Liaise with RFP team to deliver annual DDQs to clients
Coordinate the application of distributor's compliance check for regular reports, sales materials and legal documents for the CG retail business
Stay up to speed on regulatory issues relevant to the local market
Provide sales/relationship team visibility to client interactions. Escalate where needed.
Maintain and update client/financial account information to enable client servicing (web, Sales Force etc)
Support onboarding new clients and kick off new institutional client or distributor process with CG internal stakeholders
Coordinate negotiations on IMA and Distribution Agreements (or maintenance) including SLAs
Support the client meeting cycle (logistics, presentation materials, coordinating back up, follow ups), attend and host meetings where relevant
Coordinate and host operational due diligence meetings
Host visitor meetings on behalf of other CG offices
Attend CG hosted events
Profile and required skills:
Client focused mind-set, strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, local industry knowledge, problem solving skills, ability to influence stakeholders.
Must be fluent in Dutch and English .
Degree level qualification preferable.
