Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Solution Manager, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in Gilbert, AZ and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage and deliver components of engagements; improve the ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with Oracle digital solutions. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote Oracle knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
15% travel required nationally.
Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following:
Strategizing and implementing the techniques and best solutions for migrating data from legacy systems to Oracle systems;
Designing and re-engineering complex business solutions in sales, manufacturing and distribution areas;
Implementing and supporting Procurement, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Costing and Quality Oracle modules;
Understanding current state business processes in areas Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Schedule-to-Deliver to perform ERP package assessments and selections;
Performing custom object status tracking, reporting and defect triaging;
Carrying out requirements gathering activities and creating requirements and solution design documents;
Participating in conceptualizing, estimating, designing and implementing end to end solutions; and
Configuring and testing developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements captured as per design specifications.
