â¢ Experience creating, publishing, and managing map services.
â¢ Experience with Python 2.7 and 3.X
â¢ Experience with the following Python libraries: ArcPy, ArcGIS Python API, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib.
â¢ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Travel up to 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.) .
â¢ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Environmental Science, Biology, Engineering, Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Land Use Planning, or directly-related field
â¢ Significant experience with Schneider's Electric Designer tool
â¢ Significant experience with designing digital workflows ranging from mobile data collection to database management to data visualization.
â¢ Experience setting up field teams for mobile data collection using Collector, Survey123
â¢ Display attributes of a strong consultant (team player, eagerness to learn and grow, self-starter that takes initiative, versatile, and has a client service mentality).
â¢ Experience developing, train, and mentor Jr. technical staff
â¢ Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills with ability to discuss projects with clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and internal team members, and in public in meetings as well as excellent writing skills by producing concise and readable documents.

Lead one to three workstreams; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products.
Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors
Practice Development & Eminence
Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals
Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices
