Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to support the duties of the Registrar and to perform and oversee Registrar responsibilities on the front lines of Student Services. Assist students, high school counselors, instructors, and administrators with all Registrar’s Office issues and processes.
Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Jenzabar EX’s Registration module. Knowledge of Infomaker creation and running of reports. Knowledge of microfiche, microfilm, and scanning. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to work independently without supervision. Ability to work as a team member. Skilled in critical thinking and problem solving. Ability to provide support and supervision. Excellent customer service. Ability to remain confidential and ethical. Dependable and organized. Ability to shift priorities quickly.
Additional Salary Information: Actual annual salary will be based on experience and education and calculated for a full fiscal year, which is pro-rated to start date and FTE.
