As one of our Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a critical role on Wealth Management team. You will partner with our external Sales Force Members (SFM) located in field sales territories, as well as internal sales representatives working within a sales division. A typical day may include you providing marketing and administrative support while also making outbound calls to our advisors to schedule meetings with our Sales Force Members.

You have a solid background in sales/marketing experience including cold calling
You've had previous experience coordinating large complex meetings and events involving participants in multiple locations, compiling meeting agendas, reserving meeting spaces, and arranging all details
