Reporting to the Director, Advising and Programs, the Advisor and Program Coordinator serves as a front-line career advisor for students and alumnae, building expertise in job documents, interview best practices, career exploration, and other topics. The individual in this role will assist in developing and administering programs related to careers and graduate education for students and alumnae.

Required Qualification Summary:
Bachelor's degree required with 2 years of related experience in higher education, program administration, or advising. Appreciation of liberal arts education and interest in career issues of women.
