We are seeking a Call Center representative to provide top notch customer service through and inbound/outbound call center environment. Demonstrate customer service excellence in answering incoming phones and retrieval of voicemail messages.
This is an hourly, part-time position .
Examples of Duties
Provides information to students, potential students, campus representatives, and external constituents on the policies and procedures involved in applying for admissions, as well as provides preliminary information on matters related to financial aid, scholarships, student accounts, registration, and other College related policies, procedures and programs.
Provides information regarding the processing of applications and determines whether information is accurate and complete.
Interacts with applicants to assist in completing applications, resolves discrepancies, and advises students, families, and external constituents such as high school counselors on correct procedures, timelines, and policy interpretations.
Participate in calling campaigns to new and stop-out students
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong customer service orientation
Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to work with a diverse population and handle high volume of calls
Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
Night shifts may be required. This is a 6 month temporary position.
