The Episcopal Academy in Newtown Square, PA seeks an Assistant/Associate Director of College Counseling to join our collaborative, energetic, five-person team, starting in August 2021. The Assistant/Associate Director will work with one fourth of each class (35-40 students per class), assisting students and their families through all aspects of the college counseling process, including creating and finalizing college lists, reviewing essays, and writing personalized letters of recommendation. They will also contribute to college counseling classes, workshops, and programs, meet with college representatives visiting EA, and represent the College Counseling Office at school events.
While this is a 10-month position, given the demands of the job, some work during the summer is both inevitable and expected.
