Tallulah Falls School seeks an eclectic and enthusiastic Female Dormitory Advisor with a desire to confidently influence middle school and high school youth. This position requires shifts every weekend and two weekdays (3 p.m.-8 a.m.). TFS has, at a minimum, an open weekend break every six weeks.
The role model candidate will demonstrate gratitude, respect, empathy, accountability, and trustworthiness- the same qualities we structure for our youth. Enjoying leading youth through the highs and lows of teen development is a must! Prior experience as a residential assistant in a university setting and/or summer camp counselor experience is valuable. The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational requirement. A candidate that possesses a current lifeguard certification or who is willing to obtain a lifeguard certification is preferred.
