Serve as a manager on project teams providing services such as:
Cyber Risk Management
Risk management frameworks
Risk and maturity assessments
Cyber third party risk management
Business, IT, and Cyber resiliency
Identity and access management
Cyber Strategy and Transformation
Staffing and capability assessments
Training and awareness
Privacy and Data Protection
Privacy program design and implementation
Data classification and protection
Outsourced privacy program
Privacy technology enablement
Role within our Practice
Deliver excellent client service, provide day-to-day client management, and serve as liaison between client and project teams
Develop and manage client relationships by understanding their business, listening to their needs, and ensuring responsive service and exceptional quality
Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects including planning engagements, developing budgets, monitoring against progress, performing quality control of deliverables, and delivering on schedule
Participate in advancing the firm and Cyber & Privacy practice through working groups and firm contributions such as recruiting, business development, marketing, and knowledge sharing
Act as role model, supervisor, coach, and mentor to consultants and senior consultants on projects and within coaching families
5+ years of professional services experience leading complex engagements at a Big Four accounting firm, leading consulting firm, or commensurate experience in risk management, privacy, cybersecurity, or audit departments
Strong knowledge of industry standards, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, CSA, CSC Top 20 Critical Security Controls, NIST 800-171, CMMC)
Working knowledge and experience performing risk assessments, designing and assessing controls, and developing risk management plans and roadmaps
Ability to develop and present a cybersecurity risk profile, risk metrics, and other relevant program components to executives, the Board, and other stakeholders
Understanding of the components of comprehensive security and /or privacy program, including governance, policy, organizational design, awareness and training, architecture, technologies, processes, and controls
Experience serving as a trusted advisor to cyber and privacy senior executives
Professionalism and discretion in interacting with executives and clients
Experience leading teams
Entrepreneurial, creative, and a great sense of humor
Certification (s) Desired
One or more certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIPT, CIPP, Security+, CIPM, OR CISM
