We are looking for an Audio Visual (AV) Solutions Engineer to help our customers and partners maximize the value provided by our cutting-edge technology.
In this role, you will get to live your passion for video technology every day and work closely with our customers and partners around the globe. You will play a key part in our mission to revolutionize the way video is created, and help Seervision become a dominant player in the AV industry.
Support the sales team in adequately scoping and qualifying sales opportunities from a technical point of view
Actively engage in the sales process, play a key part in clarifying customer needs and wants, and communicate these back to Seervision’s product development
Act as a trusted advisor for customers and partners for all technical questions concerning Seervision technology
Prepare and operate product demos as well as technical sales pitches
Support RFQ/RFP response and preparation by providing technical answers required
Orchestrate POCs and customer/partner testing sessions. Oversee testing sessions on-site or remotely
Create technical documentation and sales materials in collaboration with the product team.
Stay current on video production market trends, competitors, and new technologies
Stay up-to-date with the development of the Seervison system to explain features and functionalities to prospects and customers on a technical level
Support customer success as a stand-in for customers’ technical requirements
3+ years of experience as a specialist in AV technologies, broadcasting, video production, and/or related fields.
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in pre-sales with a technical component.
Solid experience in consultative, technical selling
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to break down and adapt complex technical content to a variety of audiences
Ability to graciously handle objections, negotiate and persuade
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Fluency in German
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following: Linux, Bash, basic networking
Fundamental understanding of Artificial Intelligence, especially computer vision
Experience in production media hardware and/or software (Media Switchers, Vmix, venue control systems)
Experience in software sales
A personal network in the AV industry
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Additional language skills
