We’re looking for passionate mental health professionals to join our Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) as Mobile Crisis Response Professionals. This dynamic role serves both adults and children to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place. Launched in 2020, St. Peter’s MCRT works closely with local law enforcement agencies to provide crisis intervention services throughout the community. Thanks to strong collaboration and community buy-in, the program has already had a positive impact, including helping to reduce Emergency Department visits. The team also has access to psychiatrists through a telepsychiatry services partnership. Our MCRT team takes a progressive approach to health care and patient care, and includes a well-rounded group of professionals dedicated to providing a much needed service. The team and this position have room to grow.

BLS, Bachelor’s Degree required
Current enrollment in a Master’s Degree program with an accredited program in social work or human services field, clinical psychology or psychological counseling with ability to graduate within 2 years of date of hire required
Valid Montana driver’s license required with clear driving record required
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, License Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Addiction Counselor preferred
Mental Health Professional Person certification preferred
