Work you'll do
As a Human Capital as a Service SuccessFactors Senior Consultant - Reporting and Analytics new hire, you should expect to be involved in the following:
Advise clients on reporting verses analytics and how to move through their journey
Lead sessions to design, build and deploy
People Analytics - Stories and Workforce Analytics
Assist clients in designing and building operational and advanced reports and dashboards
Lead reporting and analytics workstreams for clients across industries
Lead report rationalization efforts to create a report catalog, data definitions, and administrator dashboards
Lead report optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of SAP and SuccessFactors reporting and analytics solutions
Serve as an advisor to other SAP SuccessFactors post-production support clients utilizing your expertise and knowledge of People Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud
Maintain and advance your knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud product capabilities, limitations and roadmap
Demonstrate ability to develop complex calculated fields and troubleshoot report and performance issues
Understand and troubleshoot security issues
Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with client subject matter experts
Manage on and offshore resources
Serve as a mentor to junior staff

4+ years of experience working in HCM/reporting, preferably with a large consulting firm
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Ability to travel up to 50% (While up to 50% travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)
Experience leading a SuccessFactors HCM Reporting Workstream
SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics: Reporting Certification
SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics & Planning Functional Consultant Certification
SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics Technical Consultant Certification
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Excel and Power point
