Work you'll do
Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the client's mission through the management and guidance of multiple work streams, teams, and clients
Support engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs -
Provide input to key deliverable structure and content, as well as facilitating buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels
Direct timely delivery of quality work products for the client
Manage engagement risk
Provide professional development of junior staff performing the role of counselor and coach, as well as providing leadership and support
Provide job analysis, career development, selection and position assistance, and occupational management support including focus group development and facilitation and survey design and analysis services in addition to providing performance management and training support as needed.

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Min 2 years of experience in HC / HR or related field consulting
Experience in areas such as job analysis techniques, competency modeling, process improvement, career management, job analysis, job design, career pathing, and change management
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
