Experienced recruiting focuses on aligning candidates who bring previous knowledge and expertise to expanding the business practices.
Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle experienced recruiting for Deloitte Studios
Serve as the subject matter expert, advisor and primary point of contact for creative talent and Deloitte Studios stakeholders.
Create innovative recruiting approaches and solutions. Partner with the business leaders to execute on recruiting approach to achieve demand.
Serve as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build the Distinctively Deloitte brand.
Monitor and leverage external insights to advise stakeholders and teams on marketplace trends and methodologies.
The Talent Acquisition team sits within our Talent Operations organization and collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full-lifecycle recruitment recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business function and then by type of hire, campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director recruiting.

The individual in this role must have the ability to embrace technology platforms, participate in the Deloitte social media strategy and be willing to experiment with innovative recruiting methodologies and approaches. Individual must be a self-starter and able to effectively manage responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced organization. Individual must be able to stay current on trends and events, bring external insights to the team and be solutions-oriented in the face of challenges. Individual must be able to build and leverage relationships across all levels.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in full-cycle high-growth recruiting, specifically supporting Creative organizations and understands what it takes to build a creative team.
Experience sourcing and engaging creative talent, such as Art Directors, Copywriters, Content Strategists, Designers and Creative Directors
Proficient skills in various technologies (i.e, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking system)
Experience in both agency and professional services and/or large corporation environment
Understanding of the local and national advertising and marketing agency hiring markets and trend
