Senior Consultants will synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs. You will participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope. Senior Consultants will also design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.

Strategy Senior Consultants will help our clients to:
Identify strategies for growth and value creation, leveraging methods and tools like the Strategic Choice Cascade
Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies
Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 5+ years consulting/and or industry experience or an MBA with 2+ years relevant work experience
Ability to articulate leading business trends, including the associated technology implications within one or more industries
Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
Experience with workload assessment, business case development, operational assessment, roadmap creation, vendor selection, and operating model design
Excellent articulation, communication and strong inter personal skills
Ability to challenge the norm when identifying process improvement opportunities
Knowledge of technology software development lifecycles and the business of IT
Experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/BPaaS), digital, and analytics solutions
Exhibit a passion for technology and have a thirst to continually learn and keep pace with the accelerating change across multiple technologies and solutions
Must have participated in one or more projects involving:
Example Engagements: IT Strategy, Cloud Strategy, Current State Capability Assessment, Future State Design, Roadmap Development, Operating Model Design, Service Management Design, Application Assessment, Data Management Strategy, IT Financial Management, Process Maturity, Process and Tool Deployment
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel 50% (While 50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID, essential travel has been suspended until further notice
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Eagerness to lead and mentor junior staff
An advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred)
