What you’ll be doing...
BlueJeans is changing business communications in a way that is more impactful and more powerful than ever before. Together, we help thousands of companies across the globe move their businesses forward, while fostering stronger employee engagement with easy, naturally collaborative video meetings and large-scale events. As a leader within the BlueJeans Mid-Market team, this Sales Manager will build and manage a world-class sales team responsible for adoption and sales to new and existing Mid-Market customers using a solution-driven sales approach and a focus on Customer Lifetime Value beyond the initial sale.
Generate business opportunities to drive pipeline growth for net new business across the Mid-Market segment in North America.
Manage inbound leads in a timely fashion, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified meetings tied to a geographic territory.
Utilize a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads generated by sales and marketing campaigns.
Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using Salesforce and required sales tools.
Achieve Monthly and Quarterly quotas as assigned by management.
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends and competition.
Provide continuous feedback to ensure process and product optimization for sales, marketing and the BlueJeans organization.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience in defining, analyzing, and interpreting the competitive landscape to help define & position Verizon offerings; and, concurrently, contribute to the product roadmap.
Willingness to travel.
Valid driver’s license.

Strong collaborative leadership, with an ability to engage and manage diverse cross-functional teams in influencing the end-to-end solution to meetclientbusiness outcome.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite tools.
Strong client relationship skills, with ability to cultivate trust-based relationships at the senior executive level to become a trusted advisor.
Professional presentation and communication skills.

If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $127,000 and $235,000 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
