Taking a leading role in the development and execution of the Asia Pacific process acceleration strategy and lead actions on all critical dependencies that are critical for our success.
Collaborates with regional and global teams to define product roadmap and solutions delivery execution plans as a key Asia Pacific stakeholder to ensure the successful delivery of the Asia Pacific process acceleration strategy.
Act as an advisor to the businesses and sales in building MAC and MEC capabilities
Lead AVL Program for PlantPAx across the region and collaborate with regional and global process teams.
Work with Sales/Industry management, SSB team & Commercial marketing to capture voice of customer for Process and develop GTM strategy and supporting materials to ensure products/solutions are positioned to meet current and evolving industry drivers.
Work with Market access and sales teams to identify necessary ecosystem of SI/EPC and Design institutes who are important for our success and help in their development.
Support regional direct and indirect sales efforts through onsite customer visits (named accounts) to develop solution value estimates and demonstrate our differentiated offerings.
Work with Sales Management to prioritize strategic customer pursuits and collaborate to execute sales plan.
Build Process affinity team and support sales with knowledge sharing.
Help identify necessary product/solution requirements to develop new applications to capitalize on attachment opportunities of Information Solution and Power
Minimum of 15- 20 years of experience in process industry preferably with End user/EPC or DCS competitor and proven track record of leading transformation businesses / programs.
High level of expertise in Industry Knowledge as well as Process Domain. Solid understanding of Process Business Drivers
Intermediate level of expertise on our products. w Intermediate expertise in Prospecting & New Customer Development, w expertise in Project / Implementation Management and sales fundamentals with a basic level of expertise in Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research)
Exhibits proficiency and personal accountability for business/project performance and meeting customer needs.
Exceptional listening, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Geographic understanding of AP as a region is preferred.
Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Chemical or Equivalent Engineering or other technical fields
Bilingual language skills for Mandarin and English is preferred
Ability to travel greater than 50% of time (global travel may be required)
Location preferably in Singapore or Shanghai.
