Trailhead Therapy and Mentoring provides In-Home and Adventure-Based therapy and mentoring to lower income individuals and families. Our providers use a strengths-based, relationship-focused, recovery-oriented model as an underlying philosophy to our work. Throughout the therapeutic process, we emphasize relationship and self-efficacy, and we use a Systems approach that includes family, school, and community.
All admin and supervisory roles in the organization are geared towards building up and supporting providers in their ability to serve our clients.

The role of the Clinical Director at Trailhead TM
Provides supervision and support of Clinical Supervisors and Providers, including direct supervision, case staffing, and consultation.
Position is 25% Supervision, 35% Administration, and 40% Clinical Services to clients (64 Billable hours/mo.)
Specific Tasks and Duties:
Directly oversee the Clinical Supervisors, Mentor Liaison, Therapists, and Therapeutic Mentors.
Work as a Clinical Therapist with an active caseload: in-home, family, and adventure based therapies
Monitor caseloads of Supervisors and Providers, support fidelity and excellence to individualize interventions
Support and provide managerial and administrative support relating to communication, planning and budgeting, organizational goals, documentation, and annual audit.
Support staff development, adherence to recommended interventions and methods, caseload management, and well-being.
Clinical supervising experience
Current WI licensure in mental health
Experience in administration and operations
Also meets requirements and duties for roles of Trailhead Clinical Supervisor and Therapist
PhD or PsyD
Experience/Interest in: In-Home Family Therapy, Developmental Trauma, Adventure-Based Therapy

Classification & Benefits:
Exempt, full-time salaried position (32-40 hours per week); requires some evening and weekend calls and off-site work
