We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to be part of a fast paced environment where you will be responsible for working directly with our customers to build strong relationships, track and champion key projects and issues, and partner with our teams to ensure the quality delivery of our software and services. This position has high impact and high visibility throughout the organization and requires exceptional organization and communication skills as well as a broad knowledge of the investment services industry and experience with the day-to-day operations of a wealth management platform.

Build strong relationships with our customers while helping ensure they are leveraging all MyVest has to offer.
Assist in the capture of customer needs and business requirements and partner with product management to develop feature specifications.
Identify revenue opportunities.
Track and manage key customer issues and projects, driving solutions to completion and ensuring successful adoption of our platform.
Champion release and project schedules, coordinate milestones, report on metrics and provide regular internal, external and executive status updates.
Work with QA to support user acceptance testing.
Interface with development and customer support teams to find the best solutions.
Ensure smooth, dependable delivery of our software products and services.
A results-oriented team player with the ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing, as well as competing, needs and priorities.

Experience managing complex projects with competing priorities, professional service agreements, project delivery, budgets and customer billing.
5+ years of experience in the Investment Services industry supporting the delivery of software and services on a wealth management platform.
