What you’ll be doing...
As a senior team manager, you will be a strategic business advisor and trusted entity. Required depth in one of the following verticals: CSP, Distribution, FSI & MidTier, SMB and Socio Economic, Technology, and VAR.Guiding the direction, portfolio, and our C-level relationships to ensure customer excellence. You will establish and run a team that will show us as an indispensable partner by solving our client’s most pressing needs. From professional services, outsourcing, end-to-end communications, mobility and network services, to hosting, cloud services, and security solutions, your team will have our full portfolio to architect just the right solution for the customer. You’ll build and implement a long-term strategic account plan with a team that you’ll guide and develop. With your mentorship and our solutions, our client will be able to run their business better, faster, and smarter.
Running a sizeable technical sales organization held responsible for revenue.
In-depth knowledge for the vertical’s partner programs, bring relationships, and create business cases for mutual investment.
Crafting elite complex, integrated solutions to meet our client’s business needs.
Lead collaboration bi-weekly meetings with core and virtual teams.
Ensure your team is enabled to the fullest depth on our offerings and in turn holding them accountable to drive enablement of our products through the partners.
Driving GPM and revenue for incremental growth.
Leading strategic account planning and execution of EBC’s with all stakeholders internal and external.
Being the resident specialist in the client’s industry, providing thought leadership and guidance.
Holding your team responsible for current pipeline, revenue, and incremental account growth.
What we’re looking for...
You are an effective and inspiring leader, able to engage and motivate a team to deliver outstanding performance. You have the business insight and executive presence to establish credibility with the c-suite, and you’re energized by the prospect of consulting with the leaders of the world’s top companies. Although you understand the technical side, you are at your best when explaining how solutions can help solve everyday business problems in a way that people understand. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and you can balance contending demands and priorities.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Led and inspired a team to exceed challenging sales goals.
Sold complex technical enterprise solutions to the Public Sector.
Valid Driver's License.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
Excellent written and communication skills.
Sold and handled major business transformation efforts. Ideally, enterprise-wide organization or technology changes.
Developed business cases and sound financially-based value propositions. Ideally, TCO/ROI/ROCE.
Handled a P&L.
