Job Type/Schedule: This position is full-time and works approximately 37.5 hours per week. Department Name/Job Location: This position is in the Academic Affairs Department of Olin Business School. This position is for the Danforth Campus. Will attend meetings in Simon/Bauer and other campus locations as needed. Essential Functions: POSITION SUMMARY: All Olin Registrars will be housed in the centralized academic affairs unit in Olin.� The Academic Affairs unit is charged with implementing school wide initiatives that strive to provide an inclusive approach for the management and coordination of all phases for creating, maintaining and preserving student academic records for all current and prior Undergraduate and Graduate students while striving to achieve consistency and efficiency in office operations.� Olin Registrars will take the lead for the school to manage the registration process which includes course planning; course listings; financial records including tuition and fees; generate and produce reports.� While each Registrar will be serve as the point of contact for a specific program, all Registrars will be expected to serve any and all program requests and needs.� Each member of the Academic Affairs team must fully understand the complexities of each of our multiple academic programs in order to implement the necessary actions to achieve and manage successful resolutions.� This unit will work collaboratively on complex problems to implement a strategic plan of action that allows the team to meet stated University goals and deadlines while achieving a do it once and do it right approach.� This team will be expected to interact with faculty, staff and students with the utmost professionalism while providing expert knowledge and guidance in their area of expertise. All Registrar positions require the highest level of commitment to preserving the integrity of student records and upholding all regulations of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). The Assistant Registrar will support and assist registrars with all matters related to student records. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salary Range: The hiring range for this position is $19.47 - $24.34 per hour.
