Juniata College is seeking applications for a full-time, fixed-term position in the Education Department with the possibility of renewal. The successful candidate will have a PhD, EdD, or Masters degree and ABD in Special Education. An emphasis in autism spectrum disorders is desirable as is expertise in assessment and differentiated instruction. Ideally, the candidate should have five years of teaching experience or more in public schools. Knowledge of state standards as they relate to special education teacher certification is helpful. Experience with practicum and field placements is desirable.
