The Bobst International Center was founded in 1997 so that physicians and patients from abroad could acquire appropriate referrals and expedited access to MSK. In addition to English, our staff is fluent in Arabic, Berber, Burmese, Cantonese, Portuguese, French, Hindi, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish, Swedish, Tigrinya, and Polish.
We provide guided access to MSK for international patients and represent the MSK brand by making a positive first impression and shepherding patients through their scheduling experience. The Senior Care Advisor will improve MSK access by fielding incoming inquiries and requests and matching patients to the best possible service. We coordinate appointments based on diagnosis, geographic location, and preferences. We anticipate issues and remove obstacles for new patients by assisting with acquiring records and reports.
