Admission Visit Coordinator

Position Summary:Join a collaborative and inclusive team of admission professionals responsible for representing Hotchkiss supporting enrollment opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds. The Admission Visit Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of the admission office reception center; greeting all admission visitors and their families; working closely with admission counselors, student tour guides, coaches, and faculty; screening and referring telephone calls; responding to email inquiries, and the processing of varied forms and materials relating to the admission process. They are responsible for creating and maintaining interview schedules in the backend of the Slate database. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Compensation:This is a non-exempt staff position working on a calendar year basis within the Office of Admission and Financial Aid. It does not provide housing. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and education level.
