Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (namely PB/TPC Relationship Managers, Corporate Treasury, Credit, Business Analytics, Finance and CBG Deposits & Secured Lending teams) on monitoring, development and P&L for secured lending & cash deposits products
Identify and monitor potential residual pricing risk
Review and endorse product programs, new product proposals, product propositions and strategies
Ensure the effective planning and execution of marketing programs to grow asset portfolio, retain profitable customers and achieve steady revenue growth
Ensure successful and cost-effective implementation of marketing initiatives across distribution channels, customer touch points and business partners
Review the performance of acquisition/cross-selling/retention initiatives to assess the alignment with planned profitability and volume goals
Review and endorse pricing strategies and customer value propositions. Perform ongoing review to ensure competitive value propositions
Support iWealth in further digitalisation of these products
Oversee business reviews for loans & deposits and custody fee along with relevant MIS analysis. Support investment business review as required.
Oversee investment governance items, including internal pricing guidelines, external client communication and system related handling
Managing recurring income (with a focus on custody fee related items) and relevant initiatives
Coordinate investment-related projects & tasks (e.g. managing of accruals) as required
University Degree, with preferred professional qualification in the Finance or Investment fields
Must be registered RI [Regulated Activities: Type 1 &4]
5 years or more related experience in Banking or established Financial Institution
Strong knowledge of secured loan and deposits products
Experienced in product management, including new product development, pricing, marketing, and portfolio performance metrics
Good communication and interpersonal skills
With teamwork spirit
