Job Summary: Provides accurate and skillful examination of undergraduate application of student academic records for admission. Evaluates and enters transfer paperwork. Essential Duties: Reviews and processes applications for undergraduate admissions, evaluates and enters transcripts from high schools, colleges, and universities by comparing course credits, which are to be transferred with those required by UT Arlington. Reviews and processes applications for admissibility. Provides support to advisors and faculty. Corresponds with officials of high schools and institutions of higher education concerning course credits and content compatibility. Advises students preparing to transfer to other universities in relation to the transferability of credit hours. Compares content of courses at the university and those at other universities or institutions. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Associate's degree. Two (2) years of experience in a position requiring considerable record keeping accuracy or the equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with various office products such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience and knowledge of MyMav (PeopleSoft). Excellent communication skills.
