The Performance Advisor - Engagement will be first point of contact for pharmacies enrolling and registering for access to online performance platforms. The position responsibilities consist of inbound/outbound calls and emails from existing customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, providing web-based trainings to new and existing customers, and efficient resolution to issues. It also requires working various outbound call campaigns to existing customers to follow up on open issues and provide proactive comprehensive account reviews.
This role will also be responsible for analyzing data to track towards team goals. This position requires excellent communication, customer service, problem solving, analysis, and follow-up skills. There will be extensive communication with internal and external customers regarding industry issues such as pharmacy reimbursements, PBMs, DIRs, Performance Scores and the connection between pharmacy performance and reimbursement.
Works directly with the leadership and business development team to execute on key business priorities
Support the execution of new business and strategic initiatives (MBOs)
Develop and maintain current accounts by providing updates and resolutions to customer needs/issues, and coordinating with operations, marketing, PBM relations and others to facilitate resolutions
Generate new enrollments and user updates in the various pharmacy performance platforms
Lead and own the creation of strategic business presentations and proposals to improve operational efficiencies and improve performance
Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the leadership team to facilitate efficient decision making
Develop account management plans and measure progress towards client goals and objectives
Provides customer with proactive consultative services on program setup, revenue generating & cost saving opportunities.
Manages program changes and associated change request process. Responsible for identifying project priorities with customers and communicating priorities to internal team
Act as key member on Performance Team to drive operational efficiencies and process improvement
Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant operations or business process experience.
Experience in customer relationships, account management, building, and implementing solutions and project experience
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision with excellent task/time management skills
Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Products (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
Additional Skills & Knowledge
Experience with Tableau data visualization software preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical and business acumen
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education 4-year degree in Business, Healthcare, Customer Service or equivalent experience
